Communication was great and service was outstanding. Many of the windows were 2nd story or higher. And the screen cleaning is definitely worth the small price. Keep it up Jacob's Ladder!

Brenden once again did an awesome job cleaning our windows. He is very pleasant and professional! We’ve had him clean our windows for several years now and we also use Jacob’s Ladder for our gutters. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Good value. I had to let the cleaner know about water spots he left from his solution. He went back and took care of those spots, but some windows still had them. Overall, they did a good job

Brenden cleaned my windows on the outside and did a great job! They had never been professionally cleaned and were really dirty. Now they look great and the price was a lot cheaper than other companies posted online. So happy. Will use again.

Quick Appointment, Great Communication, Arrived on Time, Professional and Friendly! We needed a quick window/screen cleaning for our home near Woodmoor in Monument. We recently listed our home for sale and photos were happening in a few days. I found Jacob's ladder when I googled top rated window cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised for how reasonable it was! We will use them again for our next home and will refer to friends and family!! Wish I had used them sooner as the windows now sparkle and let the sunshine and beautiful outdoor views in! Highlighting a key selling feature for our home!!

We've used Jacob's Ladder Window cleaning multiple times across a few different properties and have always been thrilled with the results. To be honest we always ask when they've completed the work... why didn't we have them come out sooner?! Give them a call and get on their schedule to clean your windows, it is well worth the investment!

Did an excellent job with our window cleaning; the technician was very friendly and professional while the price was better than most similar quotes...and no hidden upcharges! Definitely recommend Jacob's Ladder!

Incredible service! Jacob's Ladder was so easy to work with — communicative, professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Brenden came to our house today and did an amazing job cleaning our windows' exteriors, screens, and interiors too. We can't stop marveling at how good they look.

I decided to go with Jacob's Ladder primarily based on these positive Google reviews and I would encourage others to try 'em out!

Very easy to work with. I called and they were able to give me a virtual quote which saved me the time scheduling an in-person visit like the other 2 companies I got quotes from. They also ended up being significantly more affordable and getting scheduled wasnt a problem. Service day was on time with great communication. They texted me that morning to confirm the specific arrival time within the window given. It started raining towards the end of the appointment, but they guarantee their work and said if I find any discrepancies when everything dried, they can come back to fix any concerns I have. I'd definitely use them again or recommend them.
