Quick Appointment, Great Communication, Arrived on Time, Professional and Friendly! We needed a quick window/screen cleaning for our home near Woodmoor in Monument. We recently listed our home for sale and photos were happening in a few days. I found Jacob's ladder when I googled top rated window cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised for how reasonable it was! We will use them again for our next home and will refer to friends and family!! Wish I had used them sooner as the windows now sparkle and let the sunshine and beautiful outdoor views in! We've used Jacob's Ladder Window cleaning multiple times across a few different properties and have always been thrilled with the results.  To be honest we always ask when they've completed the work... why didn't we have them come out sooner?! Very easy to work with. I called and they were able to give me a virtual quote which saved me the time scheduling an in-person visit like the other 2 companies I got quotes from. They also ended up being significantly more affordable and getting scheduled wasnt a problem. Service day was on time with great communication. They texted me that morning to confirm the specific arrival time within the window given. It started raining towards the end of the appointment, but they guarantee their work and said if I find any discrepancies when everything dried, they can come back to fix any concerns I have. I scheduled them online to come and do a premium cleaning of our gutters. I haven’t had them cleaned since I moved in so I was not sure how bad they were but I knew they needed cleaned before the rain and snow started coming in. They provided me a time they were coming, came early which was awesome, cleaned my gutters, told us it was done, we paid, and that was it. Straight to the work and then done which was awesome. Just had 51 windows cleaned. Quick responses during booking. Positive communication throughout. Pretty clean windows. Would be 5 stars if the cleaner was a little more careful with slinging dirty solution around. See photos. Nearly every sill needed a cleaning after. JL shows up on time, the crew is always prepared & very pleasant.  They wash windows inside and out (total of 30 windows & doors with glass) in about an hour. We have been using Jacobs Ladder for almost a year and have been very satisfied with their service.  The gentleman that comes out to do our windows is always on time and makes sure all the doggy nose prints are gone from the windows. They were on time and fast. No damage done. Some water spots after claiming there would not be. They don't dry the windows or polish the glass. I have not used inside, only the outside. Not only were the windows  left spotless but they managed to accommodate us and do it on short notice before our weekend guests arrived!  We couldn’t be more thrilled with the work performed and the professional manner in which it was carried out. In addition, we had Jared install Christmas lights for us this year.  To say that the house looks beautiful with the lights on is quite the understatement.  Somehow, Jared even made our not-very-full pines look stunning when the lights are turned on.
