Quick Appointment, Great Communication, Arrived on Time, Professional and Friendly! We needed a quick window/screen cleaning for our home near Woodmoor in Monument. We recently listed our home for sale and photos were happening in a few days. I found Jacob's ladder when I googled top rated window cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised for how reasonable it was! We will use them again for our next home and will refer to friends and family!! Wish I had used them sooner as the windows now sparkle and let the sunshine and beautiful outdoor views in! We've used Jacob's Ladder Window cleaning multiple times across a few different properties and have always been thrilled with the results.  To be honest we always ask when they've completed the work... why didn't we have them come out sooner?! Incredible service! Jacob's Ladder was so easy to work with — communicative, professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Very easy to work with. I called and they were able to give me a virtual quote which saved me the time scheduling an in-person visit like the other 2 companies I got quotes from. They also ended up being significantly more affordable and getting scheduled wasnt a problem. Service day was on time with great communication. They texted me that morning to confirm the specific arrival time within the window given. It started raining towards the end of the appointment, but they guarantee their work and said if I find any discrepancies when everything dried, they can come back to fix any concerns I have. • How do you clean the windows?

  Our first and foremost priority is to respect your home and property, and when we come into your home, we take every precaution to do just that. Before we come into your home we will either use shoe covers or slip on shoes that we only wear inside, then we lay large towels down in front of the windows we clean to protect your carpet and wood floors from any dripping. Also, our ladders are equipped with rubber feet and wall stand ends to prevent any scratches or nicks from occurring. We use safe practices and the latest window cleaning technologies to give you a pristine look. As we clean interior windows with scrubbers and squeegees we will wipe down all of the window seals as we go to give your entire window space a pristine look. On the exterior of the home we will use either water-fed technology or scrubbers and squeegees. Water-fed technology consists of a filtration system that purifies the water we use. Once the water is purified we use specialized brushes with large carbon fiber poles to clean, then rinse the windows with the purified water. This allows the windows to dry streak and spot free.

• Do I need to move furniture?

  We need clear access to the windows to be able to clean them. Any furniture, knick knacks, and other items in front of the windows needs to be moved away. This will ensure that we don’t miss anything or damage your items in the cleaning process!

• Why should I have my windows cleaned?

  Clean windows not only enhance the appearance of your home or business but also improve visibility, extend the lifespan of your windows, and increase energy efficiency by maximizing natural light. Moreover, regular window cleaning promotes a healthier indoor environment by reducing allergens and mold buildup. It also helps preserve property value and ensures safety by identifying any damage or issues early on. Overall, clean windows contribute to a more comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and safer living or working environment.

• How often should I have my gutters cleaned?

  The frequency of gutter cleaning depends on various factors such as the surrounding environment, weather conditions, and the presence of trees near your property.
